Prior to coming to the United States from East Africa at the age of five, Frank and his family lived in refugee camps. While in the refugee camp his family struggled to get the basic needs met, but complaining was not an option. Coming to the United States was considered winning the lottery for his family. Frank considers his role models to be his older siblings because although they have faced many struggles in life, they have always managed to have a positive attitude towards life. They inspire him to strive for success in life. Frank’s goal is to one day have a successful business and spend time with his family.
