Devin Ndiho

Harmony-Scholar-3

Devin was born in small village in Tanzania, Africa, called Lukole. His life as a child was very difficult. He and his friends would envision that living in America would be like living in the Garden of Eden. When Devin and his family finally arrived to the U.S. he was seven years old. Devin faced difficulties when he started school and had a difficult time fitting in because he did not know the language. He spent most of his time in front of a computer learning English while his classmates were having class. When Devin became more familiar with English he started making friends. Devin’s role model is his family. He admires his mother’s patience, his father’s work ethic and discipline, and his brother’s attention to detail. His future goals are to graduate with a college degree, open a car rental business, and invest in Real Estate.
