Innocent Nzibonera

Innocent came from Kenya, Africa to the United States in 2017 as a refugee. He and his family are originally from Congo but moved to Kenya because of the war. He is the first in his family to go to college. Back in Africa, his family was not able to attend college due to the lack of opportunities. For Innocent to go to college, he must work a full-time job because as he helps his family pay the bills at home. Innocent wants to pursue a college degree and become a pharmacist. His role model is Steven Harvey because even though he struggled in life, he never gave up on his dream.
